EPAM strengthens executive team with the addition of Richard Osborne


Former Ernst &Young Partner brings 28 years industry leadership to premier Russian IT services outsourcing firm

Princeton, NJ, November 1, 2002 - EPAM Systems, one of the Russia's largest IT services outsourcing firm, today announced that Richard Osborne has been named Senior Vice President.

Richard brings to EPAM more than twenty-eight years in management and consulting leadership positions, providing an array of technology and business services to large and medium size companies. Richard was a Senior Partner with Ernst & Young Consulting, and most recently a Vice President at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Previously, Richard was a Principal in the Health, Insurance and Pharmaceuticals consulting practice at EDS, served as Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little, and led new business development for a division of the Upjohn Company. Richard has a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an M.P.A. from New York University.
