Senior Java Developer / Architect
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Java/EJB Developer / Architect, you will be responsible for highly complex coding, managing small sections of ongoing projects, helping to manage individual teams, closely adhere to deadlines and reporting directly to the project manager. You will also take responsibility for designing UML models and preparing use case documentation, requirement and functionality documentation and specification documentation.

Programming in Java |
|
|
Business objects design and modeling using UML in cooperation with systems analysts |
|
|
Entire project management with Rational Unified Process |
|
|
Assigned developers management |
|
|
Program development methods and procedures documenting |
|
|
Design and development of development tools for other software engineers |
Experience/Skill:
|
|
In-depth knowledge of the J2EE architecture (EJB, Servlets, JSP) |
|
|
In-depth knowledge of a J2EE based Application Server (Bea WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc.) |
|
|
In-depth knowledge of UML, Rational Rose and Rational Unified Process (or similar) |
|
|
Basic knowledge of Ms SQL Server or Oracle |
|
|
You must have excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) |
|
|
Ability to provide leadership |

Developer (.NET)
Responsibilities:
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for complex coding and unit testing following models and designs prepared by our system architects and senior developers. You will be working under supervision and have a moderate scope to use your own initiative and judgment.

|
|
Programming in C#, C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio |
|
|
Following the models provided by the senior members and occasionally design using UML |
Experience/Skill:
|
|
In-depth knowledge of the following programming languages: C++, C# |
|
|
Familiarity with ASP.NET programming |
|
|
Basic knowledge of XML, Microsoft SQL Server |
|
|
Understanding of the importance of program design in UML |
|
|
Familiarity with source code management principles |
Requirements:
|
|
Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) |
|
|
Ability to work in a team environment |
|
|
3 years programming experience in one of the above programming languages |
