We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a clear focus of managing our existing client base in Sweden. As the “Account/Engagement Manager Software Engineering Services (f/m)” of EPAM, she/he will be responsible for managing and growing existing and new EPAM accounts in the Swedish region.
The goal of the position is to support the long-term relationship of EPAM customer base by supervising ongoing software engineering projects regarding cost and resources. She/he will grow the related clients by identifying new opportunities within the client base. She/he is responsible for the commercial success of single projects as well as for the overall account.
Furthermore, she/he will handle new RFP and RFI together with pre-sales support and in coordination with EPAM sales team.
In this role candidates should be experienced in selling software development services, identifying and qualifying new prospects as well as managing every aspect of the engagement, from initial business development through bid closing.
Bachelor’s degree or similar proven experience;
Significant demonstrable and referenceable experience in the acquisition of new clients;
Proven sales experience in selling software development / Outsourcing / Packaged solutions / consulting or support services;
Basic knowledge about software development processes (Scrum, RUP);
Self-starter but also excellent team player;
Target and Success driven. - Carried a target (should be demonstratable in CV);
Fluent oral and writing language skills in Swedish and English;
Willingness to travel domestically and abroad;
Comfortable with aggressive annual sales/development goals;
