Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Extensive cooperation with external or internal clients
- Translation of client requirements into highly specified project documentation
- Development of functional and system design specifications for client engagements
- Identification of options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Planning and working flexibly to a deadline
- Documenting the design and work products
- Observe the quality rules during the project, supply the QA Leader with upcoming ideas
- Fulfill requirements / responsibilities according to the Quality Management System
Experience/Skill:
Must have:
- B.sc. or M.sc. at computer or relevant sciences
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies and have deep experience in at least one of them
- Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably experience in design activities
- Understanding requirement management
- Experience in customer relationship management and critical issue handling
- Confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually or in team environment
- Ability to manage client expectations effectively including onsite work
- High Level of English (other language is advantage)

Developer (.NET)
Description:
- As part of a project team, a .net developer is responsible for the implementations of different type of functionalities described in design documents.
Responsibilities:
- Developing applications/components using Microsoft .NET framework
- Programming in C#, C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Following the models provided by the senior members and occasionally design using UML
Experience/Skill:
Must have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in C# .net development
- Deep knowledge of design patterns
- Be able to read and understand different type of UML diagrams and have a clear understanding of the UML notations and the purpose of the UML diagrams
- Fluent English
Plus:
- Knowledge of SQL / T-SQL, multithreading, high volume / high transaction development is an advantage

Senior Java Developer / Architect
Description:
- As a Senior Java/EJB Developer / Architect, you will be responsible for highly complex coding, managing small sections of ongoing projects, helping to manage individual teams, closely adhere to deadlines and reporting directly to the project manager. You will also take responsibility for designing UML models and preparing use case documentation, requirement and functionality documentation and specification documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Business objects development using Java 2 Enterprise Edition/EJB framework technology
- Programming in Java
- Designs business objects, models using UML in cooperation with systems analysts
- Manages the assigned developers
- Documents methods and procedures used in program development
- Designs and develops development tools for other developers
Experience/Skill:
Must have:
- In-depth knowledge of the J2EE architecture (EJB, Servlets, JSP)
- In-depth knowledge of a J2EE based Application Server (Bea WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of UML, Rational Rose and Rational Unified Process (or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Ms SQL Server or Oracle
- You must have excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
- Ability to provide leadership
