Arkadiy Dobkin

Mr. Dobkin is the cofounder, CEO and President of EPAM Systems. Under his direction EPAM has grown to become one of the world’s leading software development outsourcing services companies.

After earning an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Byelorussian National Technical University, Mr. Dobkin began his career in Minsk, Belarus, where he worked for several emerging software development companies. After immigrating to the United States, he held thought and technical leadership positions in Colgate-Palmolive and SAP Labs.

A recipient of numerous awards, in June 2008 Ernst & Young named Mr. Dobkin winner of The Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 award in New Jersey, Information Technology Consulting category. In 2006, Consulting Magazine named him to “Top 25 Most Influential Consultants”. In 2004, along with the CEOs of Wipro Technologies and CGI Group, Mr. Dobkin was spotlighted as a key industry influencer in the Foreign Relations category of CRN's "Top 25 Executives" issue.

Through EPAM, Mr. Dobkin has been instrumental in opening the vast talent pool of the former Soviet Union region and Central and Eastern Europe to the global business community. He continues to actively promote this region across the US and Western Europe by presenting at noted international industry and technology events, such as Gartner Outsourcing Summits, Forrester's GigaWorld IT Forum Europe, Russian Outsourcing & Software Summits, SAP TechEd, and others.

Karl Robb

Mr. Robb serves EPAM as the Executive Vice President and manages all customer-facing business units in this role. Mr. Robb became Executive Vice President of Global Operations and a member of the Board of Directors of EPAM in 2004 when Fathom Technology, a Hungarian software development outsourcing company he co-founded, was acquired by EPAM Systems.

A 30 year global veteran of the software engineering and IT Solutions industries, Mr. Robb has spent ten years working in Western Europe, nine in the USA, and eleven in Eastern Europe. Prior to co-founding Fathom Technology in 2001, he served as Vice President of Softtek, Latin America’s largest and most successful IT Outsourcing provider, where he built and ran the “Software & e-Business Practice” for North America.

In 1993, Mr. Robb co-founded Mobile Computing Systems, a Bay-Area Mobile Enterprise Development Platform and Vertical Applications provider in the US, UK and Italy, which was acquired by the Malaysian Telecom operator. Previously he served as CEO of Victor Distribution A.B., a provider of specialized hardware and software solutions, covering 12 countries in Europe, North America, The Middle East and Asia. Subsequently following Victor Technologies’ acquisition by US’ Tandy Corp., he was promoted to VP Business Development of the parent company, Victor Tandy Europe AB in Sweden.

Mr. Robb began his career in 1982 with the global solutions provider ICL and spent seven years in the UK, Belgium and Sweden in a variety of roles, including: Business Analyst, Sales, Product Management and Marketing and Major Account Management with EU Governmental Institutions. Having worked and lived for significant periods in US, EU and Eastern Europe, and having managed business activities focused on application software, operating systems, hardware, communications and networking and software development tools, Mr. Robb’s geo-diverse experience and broad technology background have proven to be valuable assets while helping EPAM grow as a Global Provider of Solutions and Services to Global Leaders in all 3 regions.

Ilya Cantor

Mr. Conte became Chief Financial Officer of the Company in November 2013.  Previously, he served as Vice President-Finance, where he was instrumental in the Company’s IPO; and as Controller when he joined EPAM in 2006.

Mr. Conte is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, international operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Conte spent 5 years in several senior finance roles within the McGraw Hill organization, last serving as Controller of its Platts business unit, a leading global provider of energy, petrochemicals, metals and agriculture information. Mr. Conte was also the finance manager for John Hancock’s International Operations, overseeing various established Asian subsidiaries and working to successfully launch a new Chinese subsidiary for the company.

Mr. Conte started his career at Coopers and Lybrand in Boston and holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.

Balazs Fejes

Mr. Fejes oversees the strategy and operations of EPAM's global Banking and Financial Services business.

Prior to August 2012, Mr. Fejes served as EPAM's CTO and was responsible for ensuring that all of EPAM Systems global offshore and nearshore software development centers were at the leading edge of industry standards for efficiency and quality. Mr. Fejes became CTO in March of 2004 when Fathom Technology, a Hungarian software engineering firm which he cofounded and where he served as CTO, was acquired by EPAM Systems.

Prior to co-founding Fathom Technology Mr. Fejes was a chief software architect/line manager with Microsoft Great Plains (Microsoft Business Solutions). He also served as chief software architect of Scala Business Solutions. He is the recipient of numerous awards for programming excellence and has worked extensively in the US and Russia.

Alexey Vitashkevich

Mr. Vitashkevich oversees strategy, business development and operations for EPAM’s Media, Entertainment and Publishing Business Unit.

Mr. Vitashkevich brings extensive experience in managing complex product development and services engagements in the Media sector. He is also leading EPAM’s Media & Entertainment Competency Center that provides unique thought leadership and advisory for Media clients.

Mr. Vitashkevich joined EPAM in July 2009 after acquisition of Rodmon Systems, a Media industry service provider he co-founded and served as a CEO. Prior work included various management and consulting roles for information security, telecommunication and media companies.

Elaina Shekhter‎

Ms. Shekhter manages the Travel and Consumer Business Unit. She has been with the company in a variety of functions since 2001 and has been instrumental in driving the development of several service lines and accelerators, most notably in the Customer Relationship Management area. In her current function, she is responsible for driving the strategy and execution for EPAM’s Travel and Consumer business across EPAM’s global delivery and client service locations.

Prior to joining EPAM, Ms. Shekhter was with the travel and marketing giant, Carlson Companies, in a number of Operational and Business Development roles including Head of Retail and Entertainment for 24K, a spin-off of Carlson Marketing Group. Prior to Carlson, Ms. Shekhter was a Manager with Ernst and Young Consulting, specializing in CRM and Analytics engagements for notable clients such as 3M and GE.

Ms. Shekhter holds an MS degree in Information Systems and BS/BA degrees in Economic Theory and Political Science from The American University. She is active in the software startup community and takes a special interest in artificial intelligence applications.

Sergey Yezhkov

Mr. Yezhkov leads EPAM’s Global Delivery Organization and is focused on building and cultivating the organization’s software engineering skills. Prior to his position as head of Global Delivery, Mr. Yezhkov led EPAM's Independent Software Vendors & Technology Industry Business Unit. In this position, he focused on working with EPAM's clients in technology and software engineering space.

Mr. Yezhkov has more than 16 years of technology and management experience including extensive experience with global delivery models. He served as CTO and as a board member and advisor to several technology companies. Prior to EPAM, Mr. Yezhkov served as Managing Director and CTO of Vested Development Inc., where he was instrumental in driving the growth of VDI from its foundation to the successful acquisition by EPAM in 2006.

Mr. Yezhkov has an MS degree from Moscow State University.

Victor Dvorkin

Mr. Dvorkin leads EPAM’s North American Business Unit. He oversees sales, supports North American strategic accounts and has overall responsibility for the quality of services delivered in the North American region.

Mr. Dvorkin joined EPAM in 1997 and has been instrumental in driving the company's growth in emerging industries, technology and solution practices, helping EPAM to capitalize on the high-caliber Eastern European technical talent to deliver better quality, productivity and cost efficiencies to EPAM clients. Having worked and lived in the Unites States and Eastern Europe, Mr. Dvorkin has in-depth understanding of global delivery models and brings hands-on technology experience and working knowledge of multiple industries including Travel, Healthcare, Insurance and Oil & Gas.

Mr. Dvorkin holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Belarusian National Technical University and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the International IT Academy in Minsk, Belarus.

Paul Twentyman

Mr. Twentyman oversees strategy, operations, and client delivery of EPAM’s European Business Unit. He joined EPAM in early 2005, taking charge of EPAM UK operations and growing the unit into one of the major EPAM markets. Mr. Twentyman was promoted to Head of EU Geography Business Unit in January 2012.

Prior to EPAM, Mr. Twentyman was a managing director of a specialist IT consulting services business, Tornado, where he grew a successful and profitable business over 5 years. Since 1993, Mr. Twentyman has held board and executive management positions with a variety of IT services providers - from large outsourcing companies to specialist startups. His roles span from management of companies, business units, and centers of excellence to management of delivery and support functions.

Mr. Twentyman graduated from the University of Birmingham (UK) with a 1st class Master’s degree in Engineering.

Vasily Agafonov

Mr. Agafonov became General Manager of EPAM Systems Russia in March 2007 when VDI, a Russian software development company, where he served as COO, merged with EPAM Systems.

In his present position, Mr. Agafonov manages the EPAM business in the CIS region. He ensures the accomplishment of EPAM’s business goals, oversees planning and budgeting activities and executes performance analysis of CIS Operations.

A graduate from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Mr. Agafonov is an expert in the field of project management and quality management systems certification (CMMI/ISO 9001:2000).

Alex Lyashok

Mr. Lyashok is responsible for harmonizing EPAM’s operations across multiple business units. He is also responsible for internal systems and IT infrastructure. Mr. Lyashok joined EPAM in 2009 when EPAM acquired Rodmon Systems, a Media industry service provider that Mr. Lyashok co-founded. Prior to his assuming the Operations role, Mr. Lyashok was EPAM's CTO and was responsible for EPAM’s business in the Media industry.

Mr. Lyashok has been consulting a diverse range of organizations since 1997. His experience ranges from helping to build network operation support systems for national telecommunications carriers in the United States to advising the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation on its global biodiversity preservation initiative in Africa and Latin America.

Mr. Lyashok received his MS and BS degrees from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and has an MBA from New York University - Stern School of Business.

Sam Rehman

Mr. Rehman joined EPAM in May 2013, with the mission to shape the future of EPAM’s technical direction, to drive innovations and to sharpen the engineering competencies within the company.

Mr. Rehman is a proven technology leader with over 25 years of experience in both leading product development and professional services companies and he continues to be active in both startup and open-source communities.

Prior to EPAM, Mr. Rehman held positions as CTO and SVP for Grid Dynamics, a professional services company specializing in E-commerce and high performance computing. He has also spent close to 10 years with Oracle Corporation, where he led development groups as Director and VP of Engineering, bringing multiple innovative and profitable products from concepts to market, including the latest Sensor Based Services.

Ginger Mosier

Ginger Mosier has served as EPAM Vice President, General Counsel since March 2010, as Assistant Corporate Secretary from May 2010 to January 2012 and as Corporate Secretary since January 2012.

Prior to joining EPAM, Ms. Mosier spent approximately eight years in a variety of legal positions with Hewlett-Packard Company. In her last position, she served as senior counsel advising on global IT outsourcing deals and related services transactions. Prior to that she advised a number of HP Software divisions as corporate counsel and was the legal representative for the HP Software Integration Office created for implementing the acquisition and integration of several software companies. Immediately prior to Hewlett-Packard, Ms. Mosier practiced corporate law at Drinker, Biddle & Reath.

Ms. Mosier began her legal career at Baker & Daniels. Ms. Mosier holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis where she was a member of the Indiana Law Review and a B.A. from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis.

  • Drew J. GuffManaging Director and founding partner of Siguler Guff & Company (Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee)

    Drew J. Guff has served as a non-executive director of our board since 2006. Mr. Guff is a Managing Director and founding partner of Siguler Guff & Company.

    Prior to founding Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private equity firm with over $10 billion of assets under management, Mr. Guff was with PaineWebber for ten years in a range of both principal and advisory capacities within PaineWebber’s Merchant Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. In 1994, Mr. Guff founded Russia Partners Company, LP, one of the first private equity funds to operation in Russia and the CIS region. Today, Russia Partners manages approximately $1 billion of investments and commitments to private deals in the region. Mr. Guff sits on the board of directors of a number of portfolio companies owned by Russia Partners. He is a member of the Executive Board of the U.S.-Russia Business Council and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also a trustee of the Phillips Academy Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers. Mr. Guff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College.

  • Donald P. SpencerManaging Director and founding partner of Siguler Guff (Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee)

    Donald P. Spencer has served as a non-executive director of our board since 2006 and served as corporate secretary from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Spencer is a managing director and founding partner of Siguler Guff & Company and is responsible for Siguler Guff’s legal and compliance matters.

    Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 1995, Mr. Spencer was as senior vice president of Mitchell Hutchins Institutional Investors Inc. and senior vice president of Atlanta/Sosnoff Capital Corp. Mr. Spencer was an associate at Shereff, Friedman, Hoffman & Goodman, LLP, where he specialized in representing financial services companies, and an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Spencer received a Juris Doctor in 1980 from New York University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.

  • Richard Michael Mayoras(Audit, Compensation Committees)

    Michael Mayoras has served as a non-executive director of our board since January 2013. Mr. Mayoras previously led RedPrairie, now part of JDA, as Chief Executive Officer for five years. Prior to that, he held a number of executive roles at RedPrairie including President of the Americas, Executive Vice President of implementation services and support, and Executive Vice President for product development. Before joining RedPrairie, he was President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER, a publicly-traded enterprise application and technology consulting company. Mr. Mayoras has more than 30 years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries, having held several executive and senior management positions for various organizations. Active in both the industry and community, Mr. Mayoras serves as a member of the Board of Directors for RedPrairie, API Healthcare, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), as well as holds a seat on the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce's Technology Leadership Council. He was recently named a "Provider Pro to Know" by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

  • Robert Segert(Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees)

    Robert Segert has served as a non-executive director of our board since January 2012. Since 2008, Mr. Segert has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of GXS Worldwide, Inc. (GXS), a leading global provider of business-to-business e-commerce and data integration services that simplify and enhance business process integration, data quality and compliance, and collaboration among businesses.

    Prior to joining GXS in 2008, Mr. Segert spent ten years at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), a former $22 billion global technology services company, until EDS was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company, in various capacities, including leader of the Global Financial Products Industry, Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager of U.S. Financial Services and Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning. He has also held roles at A.T. Kearney and Frito-Lay, Inc. Mr. Segert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

  • Ronald P. Vargo(Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees)

    Ronald P. Vargo has served as a non-executive director of our board since January 2012. Mr. Vargo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICF International, Inc. (ICF) from April 2010 to May 2011. Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Vargo served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) from 2006 to 2008.

    Prior to his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Vargo served in the positions of Vice President and Treasurer of EDS from 2004 to 2006 and was promoted to Co-Chief Financial Officer in March 2006. Prior to joining EDS, Mr. Vargo was employed from 1991 to 2003 by TRW, Inc. (TRW), a former $17 billion global manufacturing and service company strategically focused on providing products and services with a high technology or engineering content to the automotive, space and defense markets. TRW was acquired by Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2002. Mr. Vargo served TRW in the positions of Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer from 1991 to 1994, then Vice President of strategic planning and business development from 1994 to 1999, and then Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer again from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Vargo serves as a director of Ferro Corporation and as chair of its audit committee. Mr. Vargo holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
