Donald P. Spencer — Managing Director and founding partner of Siguler Guff
Donald P. Spencer is a Managing Director and founding partner of Siguler Guff. Prior to 1995, Mr. Spencer was with PaineWebber for six years, working in both portfolio management and legal counseling capacities. Before joining PaineWebber, Mr. Spencer was Senior Vice President and general counsel of Atalanta/Sosnoff Capital Corporation, an institutional money manager and, prior to that, was an associate attorney with Shereff, Friedman, Hoffman & Goodman, where he specialized in representing financial services companies. He started his career in 1980 at Sullivan & Cromwell.
