Working on projects with international clients can present added challenges to a project. Many of these challenges are not taught in PMI training or covered during discovery. Experience is what drives knowledge and the best opportunities for success.

Responsive Web Design may be a “no-brainer” for start-ups who only have to convince themselves of the value of RWD. However the approach still proves challenging to digital agencies, who have the additional burden of convincing clients of the RWD value proposition.
