A leading global investment bank was looking to expand and consolidate its IT capacity cost effectively in an offshore location. Consolidated Audit Trail. Getting ready.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued Rule 613, which requires creation, implementation, and maintenance of a Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), a central repository, covering all market participants across multiple asset classes. EPAM has responded to the RFP, was qualified and then shortlisted. Having deep expertise in multiple disciplines required to comply with Rule 613 EPAM is starting to work with the broker dealer community helping identify the gaps between the existing operations and the processes needed and required.
