Capital Markets Competency Center counts over 100 Capital Markets industry focused IT professionals across the EPAM locations.

The Capital Markets Competency Center's (CMCC) strategic goal is to maintain superior industry expertise and offer services internally and externally to support EPAM's financial services projects and clients.

The Center extends EPAM's financial services expertise by:

• Seeding the teams for projects in Capital Markets, providing BA, PM, lead architects and developers
• Accumulating experience and knowledge in Capital Markets domain
• Systematically training BAs, QAs and PMs based on their specialization by involving both external and internal experts
• Augmenting project teams with specific domain relevant leadership
• Providing independent review of project documentation assuring quality decision making
  

In addition to supporting project implementations for Banking and Financial Services clients, the CMCC delivers an extensive set of specific services. The Center provides products, reusable frameworks and components for trading and operations in all asset classes:

• OMS /EMS
• FIX engines, servers, and log analyzers
• Matching engines
• Market data feeds adapters
• Testing harnesses

The in-house developed proprietary tools for FIX connectivity test automation feature over 1000 pre-built test cases and scripts.

The EPAM Performance Lab specializes in high-performance, low latency solutions, while providing expertise and tools for optimization of the high-volume, real-time systems such as OMS and EMS.
