Staying current to address transforming markets, our QA & Testing Division is maintains a strong focus on delivering test automation coupled with industry specialization. The base for our transformation is the EPAM QA & Testing Competency Center (QACC) which develops methodologies and tools and is the centralized QA & Testing knowledge hub. The QACC drives information exchange between EPAM Industry and Technology Practices, all functional roles at our client business units, and EPAM Career Development Programs.
Specialists from the Center participate in project kick-offs, help our clients with transformation initiatives and adopt our Test Transformation Framework for their projects.
The Innovation Lab within QACC develops, maintains and supports the EPAM Test Automation Framework (TAF) leveraging major industry leading tools (including HP QTP, TestComplete, Selenium and others) to simplify and streamline the adoption of test automation. More than just theoretical, EPAM clients have proven that TAF is the right tool to help migrate from manual to automated testing, efficiently managing a unified set of test cases and allowing users to dial up or down the desired level of automation.
The Company decided to deploy their products on a quarterly basis instead of less effective yearly builds. From the start, EPAM suggested moving to the Scrum methodology to leverage best-in-class testing practices, enabling Agility and thus ensuring flexibility and higher responsiveness to market needs. With a view of developing a long-lasting, strong partnership, EPAM established a dedicated Center of Excellence for the Company that embraced the entire testing effort.
