What do you love about working at EPAM?

EPAM offers a lot of flexibility and I love the culture and people.

EPAM values its employees. Our culture makes people successful. Being on a team is an amazing experience. 

What is one of the most interesting tasks/projects you’ve worked on at EPAM?

Since the beginning of my work with a multi-national workforce management software and services company, it’s been a very challenging project with new technologies, a new team and new ways of working. I'm still learning a lot every day.

How has EPAM supported your professional development?

EPAM has many tools, which you can use to learn virtually whatever you want. In addition to the trainings and certifications, there are many people in your environment and on your team who can help you grow.

What advice would you give to people thinking about applying to work at EPAM?

EPAM challenges you, but if you are up for it, you will grow exponentially.

What opportunities have you had at EPAM that you may not have had elsewhere?

EPAM provides the opportunity to gain experience in various projects and roles. You can raise your hand and become a manager or developer or whatever you want to be.

What’s the best thing about working at EPAM?

The people are the best thing about EPAM. The feeling at EPAM is that you have a second family, people that you can trust and talk to about everything both inside and outside of the office.
