HIRING SPRINT BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you live in one of these countries: Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Peru, Panama or Ecuador, and receive an employment offer from EPAM, during our Hiring Sprint, you are eligible for a sign-on bonus if the following requisites are met:
- Confirm acceptance of the offer within 24 hours.
- Start working on EPAM, within 3 weeks of signing your written offer.
- Your seniority is A2 level or above.
- The bonus payment is a gross amount based on job level:
- A track - junior to leadership roles up to $4,000 USD
- B track - manager to senior director level roles up to $5,000 USD
The above bonus is subject to repayment in full to EPAM should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within six months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee
- EPAM reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without previous notice.
