SIGN-ON BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you apply for a position with EPAM Systems Malaga between March 22 to May 31, 2021 for one of the above specified positions, you are eligible to receive a sign on bonus: 3 000 EUR for Senior level and 5 000 EUR for Lead level. You will receive the bonus with your first salary.
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems Malaga should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment before December 31, 2021 or fail the probation.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.
- Former EPAM employees resigned on or after July 01, 2020 are not eligible for the sign-on bonuses outlined in this campaign.
EPAM Systems Malaga reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without previous notice.
