HIRING WEEK BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you receive an employment offer from EPAM Vietnam as a result of the hiring week event and accept our offer within 24 hours after receiving it - you are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus. The bonus payment is gross* amount based on job level:
- 45.000.000 VND - Bonus for Middle level Engineers
- 70.000.000 VND - Bonus for Senior level Engineers
- 90.000.000 VND - Bonus for Lead level Engineers
Sign-on bonus will be payable at the salary pay date of the following month after you pass the probation period . The above bonus amount is fixed based on job level, regardless of your salary.
*The bonus amount is subject to the personal income tax, fee, levies, social benefits, insurance premium (if any).
Candidates who have already submitted their CV before 07 April 2022 and employees who have resigned after 31 Dec 2021 are not eligible for this program.
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Vietnam if an employee who received it:
- Takes an absence from work for consecutive 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control of the employee.
- Within 6 months of his/her start date, the employee tenders the resignation letter; or the Company issues the written Labor Contract Termination Decision, for the reasons of including but not limited to the fact that such employee has violated any provisions as set out in the Labor Code and/or the internal labour regulations, or other cases of terminating labor contract according to the relevant legislation.
