The Four Stages of the Hiring Week Process

  1. Submit the Form below to schedule time to speak with an EPAM Recruiter between November 22 and December 1, so we can review your background and share more details about our open roles.
  2. Your Recruiter will schedule your Technical & Manager Interviews if we have a position that aligns with your interests and experience. These interviews will take place on the same day, between November 29 and December 3.
  3. The Manager will extend a verbal offer if your professional profile is a good fit for EPAM and will coordinate your written offer with the EPAM Recruiter.
  4. Within 48 hours, based on the results of your online interview, you’ll receive our feedback and potentially an offer to join our team. By then, we hope you’ll have all the information you need to understand if EPAM is where you would like to build your future career. If you accept our offer within the next 24 hours, you’ll be eligible for the entry bonus.* It’s that simple.

The online technical and managerial interview will be 2 hours long.

*If you receive an employment offer from EPAM Systems d.o.o. between November 29, 2021 – December 03, 2021, as a result of this campaign into one of the above-specified positions and accept it within 24 hours, you are eligible to receive an entry bonus. The bonus payment is a gross 15.000 HRK if you’re offered an EPAM senior or above level position. The payout will be made no later than the 10th of the month after your start date. Bonuses can be cumulated if you participate in other campaigns of EPAM Systems d.o.o.

The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems d.o.o should an employee who received it:

  1. Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within 6 months of his/her start date.
  2. Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.

Only Croatian residents and nationals of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine can participate in this campaign. Former EPAM employees who resigned on or after Aug 1, 2021, are not eligible for the bonuses outlined in this campaign. L2 level positions are not included in this campaign.
