DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to make the team even stronger.

EPAM is participating in significant technology and platform transformation program for more than 40 banks in MENA region. As a vendor we are helping to develop, deliver and migrate to new solution for payments processing based on WAY4 products.

Responsibilities

  • Mostly onsite work to be part of a program for roll-out of Way4 products to customer’s client banks
  • Organize and document customer’s business processes
  • Understand and learn the roll-out processes
  • Make them more formal and more transparent
  • Speed up the process and scale the effort

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, customization and/or delivery of software applications as a Business Analyst
  • At least 2 years of experience in the following companies: independent processing centers; bank cards / processing department of the bank; vendor / system integrator for processing centers / banks; payment vendor (e.g. eKassir, Элекснет, Qiwi, CyberPlat)
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in payment / card processing
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies
  • On-site work experience
  • Possibility to travel and/or work on-site most of the time (>50%)
  • Experience in process and communications set-up (with customer and teams)
  • Ability to work independently as well as work with teams
  • Fluent English
