DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst (E-Commerce/Hybris pool) for our St. Petersburg office to make the team even stronger.

We are building advanced e-commerce solutions, based on #1 platform SAP Hybris, but also focusing on other platforms, web-content management solutions, web-analytics, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the project, starting from discovery to UAT and production
  • Perform analysis of business processes, platform and tools for E-commerce
  • Elaborate customer requirements, create artefacts (Functional design docs, User Stories, workflow diagrams, etc.)
  • Participate in customer’s workshops on-site and remotely
  • Collaborate together with Solution Architects, UX experts, dev and QAs
  • Support scrum team as a BA or Product Owner
  • Prepare for sprint demo or UAT’s
  • Write documentation, hands-on materials, user trainings
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in software delivery, web-development or digital marketing
  • Business: knowledge of e-commerce domain, content management processes, clear understanding of business goals
  • Business process definition and modeling in various notations
  • System: hands-on experience in e-commerce solutions like Hybris, ATG, Magento
  • System: UX skills or relevant experience
  • System: technical skills (data modeling, integrations, mapping)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and different methodologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as work with teams
  • Readiness to travel and/or work on-site
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in communication with international customers is an advantage
