Currently we are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Quality Compliance) for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

The successful candidate will join to our Minsk office team that designs, maintains and operates Quality Management System (EPAM QMS). You will be managing global EPAM QMS processes for Production Services and implementing the QMS requirements in particular services/projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain corporate process documentation (process descriptions, guidelines, templates) based on internal (corporate rules) and external (standards, models) requirements
  • Prepare evaluation reports on specific processes
  • Support project/sevice manager to develop and maintain a project documentation based on corporate and customer requirements
  • Support project/sevice manager in defining needed service processed for the customer
  • Perform internal audits according to organizational internal audit process
  • Prepare and perform internal audits according to customers’ requirements
  • Deeply understand organizational production processes and their relationships
  • Understand specifics of different ITSM approaches
  • Understand acceptable measures on corporate and project/service levels for different delivery approaches
  • Analyze, describe and implement compliance requirements from different industry standards and worldwide best practices of Service Management into organization process
  • Analyze and implement contract requirements for service management to particular project/service. Support project/service maner to create and maintain a project/service documentation baagsed on contract and corporate requirements
  • Be ready to perform a hard and routine individual and team tasks

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as Quality Assurance Analyst (Quality Assurance, Process Engineer) in IT or service/product development company
  • Experience in creation of new and in maintenance of existing documentation for Service Management
  • Ability to provide measurement results, evaluation reports for specific processes/services on organizational level, analytic skills of the reporting
  • Experience in analysis of any industrial standards
  • Facilitation of company's projects/services to implement internal and external requirements
  • Willing to take on new responsibilities to meet changing business demands
  • Good communication skills (oral and in written)
  • Capable to use new techniques and tools to improve corporate QMS approach
  • English B1+ or higher
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
    • Modern process delivery approaches for project/services
    • ISO 20000, ITIL, ISO 9001
    • Quantitative process/project/service control
    • Internal audit process experience
    • Project management or software development experience is a plus

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of/experience in any of the following frameworks/standards: ISO 12207, CMMI-SVC, ISO 27001, COBIT, ISAE3402, SOX, PCI DSS, others
  • Experience with project/service support of quality management system requirements based on ITSM approaches
  • Statistical process control
  • Compliance requirements mapping from different standards and models. Generalization of the requirements
  • Experience in audits/assessments for projects/services according to standards and contract, assessment model’s requirements
  • Experience using SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence
