People Analyst

Currently we are looking for a People Analyst for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Design dashboards and build reports to give stakeholders visibility on current situation
  • Develop and analyze large data sets
  • Provide recommendations on the initiation and influence stakeholders through data and narrative interpretation of the results
  • Design and conduct research to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting and analysis initiatives and identify trends
  • Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests
  • Work collaboratively across different functions (Global Delivery, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Finance and other groups)
  • Develop people analytics materials and trainings
  • Other special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in human resources, people management, finance, consulting or a similarly applicable field
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Easy to read and comprehend Excel spreadsheets, create various charts and summarize data in PivotTables
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
  • Strong analytical skills, balancing “big picture” perspective with attention to details
  • Ability and desire to work with large amounts of data
  • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate business insight, applying this to the people management

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of people management terminology and best practices
  • Experience in/knowledge of VBA, SQL, R, Power BI
  • Experience in working with PowerPoint
