We are looking for Functional Testers with a great level of knowledge in formal test design techniques as well as experience applying the fundamental test process. Candidate should be able to provide estimations, create test documentation such as test cases, test plans and test strategies, as well as provide guidance for other less experienced team members.


  • Apply formal techniques to analyze and create test cases
  • Create, modify and execute test cases
  • Report and follow up of defects found
  • Provide estimations
  • Provide support to the test automation team by clarifying questions and/or provide suggestions to improve creation of scripts
  • Participate on status meetings


  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience as a Functional Tester
  • 3+ years applying formal techniques for analysis and design of test cases
  • 1+ year working closely with test automation engineers
  • Able to modify documentation already created by other team members (test plans, test cases, etc.)
  • High problem solving skills
  • Experience providing estimations
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and processes (test levels, test types, test process, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Basic concepts related to test automation
  • Basic knowledge of Selenium automation tool
  • Excellent spoken and written communications in English
  • API testing advanced (Postman, SOAP UI is a must, response codes, rest methods)
  • Able to work without supervision and manage medium/large groups of testers
  • Able to kickoff a project from scratch, design and develop test plans, strategies and all the testing artifacts required

Nice to have

  • SQL
  • Java
  • ISTQB Foundations Level certification+
  • Experience redesigning test cases for automation purposes
