Our customer is a British mobile network operator, internet service provider and a division of BT Group. It was established in 2010. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK with 29.6 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Perform R&D tasks – Research and Development activities normally imply addressing technical risks or checking one of the possible solutions for feasibility
  • Redesign existing functionality in order to reduce complexity and improve performance
  • Take part and running solutions for improving existing Software Development Lifecycle
  • Conduct an overview on delivery critical functionality done by other teams

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Spring framework
  • Hands-on experience in functionality development accompanied by unit tests, integration tests, etc
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
  • Awareness of RDBMS including ORM, SQL
  • Extensive experience in building either SOA applications or system integrated with many 3-rd party dependencies via RESTful API
  • SAP Hybris is a big plus
