Currently we are looking for a Drupal Developer for our Minsk office to make Drupal community even stronger. With us you will have a chance to work with different clients at any phase of business or software development — from startups to mid-sized businesses and large enterprises with a focus on optimization and expansion no matter the industry they operate in.


  • Follow and apply engineering best practices and design patterns
  • Write clean, understandable and maintainable code
  • Ensure quality through unit and functional test implementation and execution
  • Research and install Drupal contrib modules, create high-quality custom modules from scratch according to project functional and non-functional requirements
  • Follow and understand a defined software development process, contribute to all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle
  • Read and understand technical project documentation
  • Participate in phone conferences, be interviewed by customers, visit customers with supervision


  • At least 3 years of relevant Drupal development experience, including UML, Modeling and Design knowledge, Design patterns, API integration, and server infrastructure
  • Knowledge of key Drupal APIs like Queue API, Node API, Entity API, Symfony components, services, and DIC
  • Strong understanding of PHP language including OOP, REST/SOAP web services, unit tests, PHP7
  • Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.)
  • Understanding the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and CI/CD process
  • Strong communication skills, English (B1)

Nice to have

  • Acquia Drupal 7/8 Developer Certification
  • Basic level of experience with Unix/Linux/Docker
  • Experience with DevOps (Jenkins, Maven, JaCoCo, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and modern JS frameworks
  • Understanding of Decupled architecture
