What You’ll Do

  • Able to design and architect solutions
  • Understand the business and domain
  • Write well documented code & overview in GIT (how to use, build, run), adheres to TDD standards, and provides a reference implementation
  • Gather requirements directly from the stakeholder and articulates them in TDD Scripts
  • Reach out for assistance when needed

What You Have

  • Experience working with Java or Scala (object-oriented language)
  • Experience with scripting in Python
  • Experience with Spark Streaming
  • Experience with Hive
  • Experience with MapReduce
  • Experience scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
  • Big Data SQL (specific SQL dialect is not important)
