Currently we are looking for a UI/UX Designer for our Grodno office to make the team even stronger.

As a UX/UI Designer at EPAM, you will be a part of motivated, dedicated, and experienced group of Design Spot as the largest Design team in Belarus. Our Design team is responsible for building innovated digital experiences for our customers. We are not looking for just anyone, we require a candidate with passion, dedication and skills necessary to deliver world-class products and experiences.

This role will give you experience, ownership and impact across products, customer segments and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Find creative ways to design a product that provides the best experience to our end-users
  • Gather and analyze requirements, business goals and user needs
  • Translate findings into information architecture, user flows, prototypes and wireframes
  • Create high-fidelity screen designs for desktop and mobile devices (native and responsive), including style guides, design library, supporting graphic assets for developers
  • Work with other members of design and engineering teams to create attractive, useful, and usable products

Requirements

  • Understanding of design processes, methods and artifacts (what, how, when)
  • Portfolio that represents your UX/UI skills and processes
  • Proficient in Sketch/Figma, Invision or other design and prototyping tools
  • Good visual/graphic design skills with strong consideration of user-system interaction, accuracy and attention to details

Nice to have

  • Capable of initiating and participating in UX research and testing
  • Experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders
  • Pre-Intermediate English level and higher (A2 and higher)
  • Knowledge of how to manage, support, inspire, and grow a design team
