DESCRIPTION


Our client is a healthcare industry supplier providing the resources, support, and technology. It works with pharmaceutical manufacturers to help develop and deliver advanced medical treatments that lead to improved care and outcomes.

The project our team is working on aims for support of a Production Applications set for our client and their workload. As a part of an E-commerce project in the Pharmaceutical area, you will be responsible for keeping the SLAs in a good shape and providing guidance to your team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Data extraction and remediation following the business logic in order to maintain the integrity of the E-commerce applications
  • Keep E-commerce applications that support the business up and running per service level agreements
  • Perform Application Support tuning and maintenance as required to support application availability requirements. Maintain the healthy state considering the different integrations with Backend services and its own components at OS, Database and JVM Level
  • Keep a good communication and relation with the customer
  • Lead with an example for providing quick solutions, guidance and keeping a good work environment, trying to keep a smart work over hard work over the constant changing solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in writing SQL sentences for Application Data Remediation
  • 2+ years’ experience in working on Linux Based platforms
  • 2+ years’ experience in working on administration of Applications with Multiple integrations such as ESB, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxies, Clustering, and Database based components
  • 3+ years’ experience in Java-based applications, reading the code for understanding the logic of the application
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Being a self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
  • Ability to quickly understand complex and changing solutions
  • Ability to analyze requests or issues and provide the best possible solution
  • Ability to collaborate across the different technology services
  • Willingness to participate in business trips
  • Intermediate or higher spoken and written English level (B1+)
