We are looking for a superstar QA Lead for our New Responsive Web project (a complete re-build of our front-end from scratch).


New Responsive Web (NRW) is the project intended to build a refreshed web front-end e-commerce experience for our client. It will replace the two currently separate applications (Current Web Desktop, and Current Web Mobile). There are plans to migrate the China website to the NRW codebase soon.

The project aims to increase agility when delivering value to the client’s business and their customers through:
- reducing timelines for feature development;
- aligning the user experience across platforms through a responsive & adaptive design approach;
- taking advantage of modern developments & technologies to produce an excellent user experience;
- supporting localization & regional differences where needed;
- implementing a robust multi-variant testing strategy to assist product owners in decision-making.


Our customer is a world-class luxury brand with its head office located in London and with 200+ EPAM employees working on its projects, including .com-related streams, such as NRW, PIM, DevOps, Support, Integration, Big Data, etc.

  • Conduct effective test management in parallel work streams, Lean, Scrum
  • Make close, daily communication with stakeholders
  • Provide constant improvement and challenging of the testing strategy, reorganizing the team's processes and toolset to follow innovations and to increase efficiency
  • Be responsible for release management activities


  • Comprehensive JS automation experience to effectively communicate and contribute to topics like the JS automation framework, the CI/CD pipeline, tools and approaches, continuous testing, etc
  • Diverse experience in web testing
  • Ability to organize and lead a team of testers (manual, mixed and automation)
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD, Continuous Testing, BDD/TDD approaches
  • Ability to improve the existing testing strategy to follow CI/CD, to introduce improvements using the test automation first approach
  • English level: B2 and higher (writing and speaking)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing objectives
