DESCRIPTION


Our customer is a world-leading global provider of market intelligence, deal execution platforms, and investor communication tools to investment banks and corporations around the world.

On this role, you will join the team working on a Java-based enterprise application that uses Blockchain as a storage and communication layer with business logic execution on Smart Contracts.

Project technologies and tools

  • Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, etc
  • AWS deployment: EC2, etc
  • Quorum
  • Smart Contracts on Solidity
  • Initially using Truffle for testing and deployment; now switching to custom more advanced solution

Responsibilities

  • Understand applications’ business-logic and do Smart Contracts development on Solidity (90% of time)
  • Dig into Quorum details (Go language, Blockchain Engine Core) to debug and find any potential issues with the framework itself (10% of time)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Ethereum/Quorum Solidity development expertise
  • Proficiency in Go programming language
  • Confident knowledge of Blockchain Core
  • Expertise in Cryptography
  • Production experience in Cryptocurrency: modification of existing Blockchain nodes/frameworks
  • Blockchain Node Core development experience would be a plus
  • Intermediate or higher English level (B2+)
