Currently we are looking for a Test Developer (Junior/Regular) for QAA Academy for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.

We are looking for enthusiastic, keen to learn IT geeks (with a slightly pessimistic outlook on IT projects quality) willing to deepen their Java Tester’s skills and become great testers! We’re offering a unique opportunity to join our Q3A program (Quality Assurance Automation Academy), run by experienced trainer. We offer an opportunity to increase your expertise in the field, learn various techniques, libraries and frameworks and then join one of our projects and start working with our clients from various industry sectors.


  • Actively participate in the Q3A Program Course
  • Daily attend
  • Design and develop simple Java applications, deepening your Java skills
  • Test numerous applications: of various kinds, in various ways, with various tools
  • Participate in the full lifecycle delivery, especially testing
  • Learn in various ways (books, workshops, from instructor, on your own)


  • Working knowledge of Java language and OOP tenets
  • At least a year of relevant commercial experience or equivalent (open-source contribution or your own side-projects, preferably in Java)
  • Good English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with writing tests (TDD, ATDD or BDD nice to have)
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Nice to have

  • IT degree
  • DevOps or programmer’s background
  • Basics of TestNG library
  • Working GNU/Linux knowledge
  • Scripting in Bash, ZSH or Python
  • Experience with clouds (AWS, Azure, Google or others)
  • Another programming language (Python, JS)
  • Recent working experience with tester’s libraries and frameworks: Selenium, JBehave, Cucumber, FitNesse and similar
