EPAM Data Practice is looking for experienced Business and Data Analysts who would like to take their career to the next level and transition to a Consultant role. We are passionate about data and looking for a person who can help create information strategies for our customers, design best in class data platforms, and support data-driven transformation of customer enterprises.

  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify their challenge and ways to address it with data and analytics
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, taking part in designing and running discovery workshops
  • Own the full lifecycle of the requirements mgmt process from planning activities, eliciting and prioritizing business cases to specifying them for POC/implementation and acceptance testing
  • Contribute to data competency best practice materials
  • Contribute to data presales activities


  • Senior Business or Data Analyst with at least 3+ years of experience, and 1+ years in project key roles front-facing business stakeholders
  • Proven track record in running project discovery/design phase. Experience in eliciting requirements from scratch, prioritizing and packing into MVPs / release versions
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery as part of the team
  • Ability to plan and manage own work. Take ownership of the end result
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to present results of your work to senior stakeholders
  • English level: B2+
  • SQL, Data Profiling, Data Modelling (basic)

Nice to have

  • Experience with data and analytics solutions (data lakes, data science, DWH, interactive dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience in leading small teams
  • Experience running on-site customer workshops
  • Experience in pre-sales activities
  • Experience with data analytics tools (any – Tableau, QlikSense, etc.), cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
