DESCRIPTION


Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our Talent Acquisition team in our Dnipro office. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and execution of marketing strategy within Dnipro location and ensuring the alignment between the delivery organization and recruitment to meet business goals of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, event marketing, lead generation techniques, ability to simultaneously analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and focus on the business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns to meet recruitment and organizational goals
  • Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery, i.e., message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data and highlights
  • Responsible for the development and execution of events online and offline both organized by EPAM and participation in 3rd party events
  • Responsible for lead generation flow building
  • Manage referral source by driving internal marketing campaigns
  • Provide insight and analysis on the value and potential ROI of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or agency experience
  • Strong skills and experience in event management. From planning to execution
  • Experience in B2B or B2E marketing highly desired
  • Solid experience in market research, analytics, and segmentation
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Digital Marketing including Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing
  • Experience in running referral campaigns will be a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, outside-the-box thinker
  • Goal, detail, and results-oriented; extremely organized; and motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must
  • Excellent written and spoken English
