DESCRIPTION


EPAM Systems are looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a high-profile Oil and Gas client in London and Surrey. We work on several different projects in a real mix of sectors. This requirement is primarily based onsite with a longstanding EPAM customer.

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners
  • Assist with Data Centre activities
  • Providing support for client VIP users
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Incidents-tickets management
  • Mobile Phone management
  • Support Office 365
  • Asset management
  • Communicate with providers and network engineers
  • Support for peripheral devices
  • Meeting room support
  • Ensuring SLA and response time on tickets
  • Create and maintain documentation for installation and support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Test Analysis and Test Execution
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, WSUS, GP)
  • Advanced knowledge level administering Microsoft Windows based desktops
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365
  • User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solving their daily issues with the IT infrastructure
  • Great communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1)
  • Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to physically move the IT equipment
  • Willing to travel in case the Woking office requires additional support

Nice to have

  • Experience with Service Now environment
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
