We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to play a key role in shaping the practice as we continue to grow and mature.

The customer is a global company that provides gases, technologies, and services for industrial and health sectors in Europe, the Americas, the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

and deliver end-to-end solutions with leading edge software and digital technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant, to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
  • Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
  • Work and collaborate with various stakeholders and members of team, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands
  • Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to cultivate business development opportunities

What You Have

  • Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds: Sales, Marketing, Service and/or Platform clouds
  • Understanding of Salesforce technology
  • End-to-End delivery experience
  • Ability to understand high level business ideas, impact assess and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery
  • Agile mindset, interpersonal, communication and client management skills
