We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to come on board and support our operation in Zürich.

Responsibilities

  • Help project team to understand the business domain, fill knowledge gaps
  • Review target architecture blueprint to ensure consistency and accuracy of the proposal from business domain point of view
  • Facilitate/lead discussions with business around the topics relevant to the target architecture document, help clarify requirements
  • Share domain best practices and innovations based on the experience

Requirements

  • BS or higher degree
  • Core banking / Finance background
  • Expertise managing Senior Business Stakeholders
  • Able to collect, understand and validate requirements
  • Experience with agile methodology and supporting tools used in software development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience in collecting user requirements, conducting analysis of requirements to determine actions required to meet success criteria, and with user requirement acceptance/testing
  • Able to challenge and propose alternative solutions
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • English is mandatory and German is a plus
