What You’ll Do

  • Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision, product roadmap
  • Organize requirement gathering process, change management process, and organize requirements in Jira. Customer's onsite BA provides most of the requirements though those need to be double checked for gaps and require clarification to help developer team
  • Analyze Functional Specification document and UX designs for logical gaps and open questions in cooperation with developers
  • Break down Functional Specification document to Jira epics, user stories
  • Clarify questions and open issues with client BA and business
  • Manage requirement changes
  • Clarify priorities
  • Gatekeeper for bug tickets - what is new feature and what conflicts with earlier requirements

What You Have

  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical role
  • Financial services experience desirable
  • Agile environment experience
  • Familiar using JIRA
  • Experience with managing large projects
  • Good communication and presentation
  • Attention to details
