DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Senior / Lead Business Analyst. This is a great opportunity for those who like a flexible approach. You can work in our office in Prague or remotely. The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Elicite business and stakeholder requirements through document analysis, workshops and interviews
  • Lead workshops and facilitate work sessions with various stakeholders
  • Document gathered requirements as epics and user stories
  • Scope management
  • Product Backlog management
  • Model and analysis of business processes and system flows
  • Follow established standards, processes, procedures and instructions
  • Take full responsibility for specified solution areas
  • Conduct presentations for project team and client
  • Cooperate with development teams and managers
  • Communicate and validate requirements
  • Problem solving
  • Conduct root cause analysis for issues
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry
  • 2+ years of experience in projects conducted in agile methodology
  • 2+ years of experience in project for foreign client
  • Ability to conduct duties in international, multicultural environment
  • Ability to deal with though project situations
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility for given area/scope
  • Strong writing/documentation skills (3+ years of experience)
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
