  • Point of contact and collaboration among company´s shared services to perform quality staffing – Workforce Planning Management, Centralized staffing, Talen Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Competency Centers
  • Constant communication with Delivery Managers in the organization for awareness on changes in organization headcount such as ramp-ups/ramp-downs, new projects kick-off, etc
  • Support organization´s bench targets
  • Perform smart staffing (“first rime right”) – ideal match of required skill set from technical and soft skill perspectives
  • Staff new opportunities – from pre-staffing of cases to staff project kick-offs
  • Staff new positions in existing projects in case of ramp-ups and back-filling in case of rotations/leaves
  • Help the organization to retain knowledge inside the organization by planning rotations between projects of key personnel
  • Perform succession planning for key personnel in the organization
  • Lead Staffing initiatives for special projects
  • Monitor main Staffing KPIs


  • 2-3 years in IT (Staffing experience is a plus)
  • Good understanding of Staffing as a function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (C1 or above)
  • Good understanding of IT processes and key roles
  • Ability to follow staffing processes and to adopt new tools to daily operations
  • Ability to provide timely reports and basic info to all stakeholders
  • Comfort with seeing and managing confidential data and instilling trust among peers around confidentiality
  • Highly responsive and able to handle difficult negotiations and working under pressure with a cool head
  • Resourceful, critical thinker and problem solver
  • Roll-up-sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor
