Responsibilities

  • Manage New Joiners process cycle, from offer accepted until onboarding day
  • Updating employees’ files with proper documentation
  • Prepare and organize audit process for employee documentation
  • Creation of employee letters
  • Main POC with Background investigation provider
  • Supporting in employees events
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local regulations
  • Advise on the best practices regarding internal policies, labor relations and people related procedures

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of general HR or administrative experience in a fast-paced, innovative workplace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (specially Excel)
  • Preferred experience in a global organization
  • Passionate about teamwork with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, responsive, with a customer service approach to employee needs
  • Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize & multitask
