DESCRIPTION


The Researcher role is responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition team in Vietnam. You will use a variety of techniques to find and attract well-qualified technology staff in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Help support the hiring demand for our rapidly growing businesses
  • Support drives the roadmap for the EPAM Vietnam talent acquisition team and partner with recruitment teams inside and outside of the APAC region
  • Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs
  • Promote Epam Employer Branding to both active and passive candidates
  • Work following project brief and deliver frequent project updates
  • Drive candidate feedback surveys and participate in other recruiting/HR initiatives to provide the best recruiting support
  • Manage a matrix environment, from maintaining reports to multiple relations relationships

Requirements

  • Having at least 1-2 years of technical recruitment experience with knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques, you will be able to effectively build talent pipelines
  • Be familiar with searching methods on social media (E.g: LinkedIn) or Career Portals
  • Ability to plan and prioritize, track and document your work, would be a great help for us to analyze what went well and enhance our processes
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring timely delivery will help you build trusting and collaborative relations with account and resource managers
  • Lower intermediate (CEFR B1) or higher level of written English

Nice to have

  • Recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or with a fast-paced recruiting agency will help you pick up the pace
  • Being tech-savvy and experience with a few ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates will come in handy and help you optimize your workload
  • Ability to communicate with influence and social media presence with a thriving personal and professional brand would definitely be helpful
  • Proficiency in deep sourcing or/and recruitment marketing
