We are looking for experts with an IT background, vast technical expertise, experience in teaching or participating in training processes, skills in team management, who are ready to help students and aspiring engineers, designers, and consultants to become professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the learning process at the Training Center (planning, scheduling, supervision, coordination)
  • Conduct orientation sessions, assisting in adaptation of students and trainees, answering questions
  • Interact with other departments of the organization (recruiters, HR, administration, IT service, production departments), dealing with various issues and complex cases related to the learning process. Involvement of lecturers and mentors from production units
  • Coordinate training groups, assist in providing access to corporate systems and prepare workplaces
  • Prepare reports on the training process
  • Organize, planning and carrying out external events of the Training Centre
  • Interact with universities, city administration representatives and commercial training centers (communication, agreements, participation in events, etc.)

What You Have

  • Experience in teaching and building learning processes
  • Ability to learn quickly and negotiate
  • Willingness to participate in the development of initiatives
  • English level B1+
  • Experience interacting with students, public speaking will be a plus
