What You’ll Do

  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as trusted advisor that brings technology enabled solutions to drive leading Business / Digital Transformation strategies
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Align with EPAM multidisciplinary teams to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals
  • Align with EPAM’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets
  • Drive revenue within the client / account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial by nature and have experience working in environments where you will be accountable and drive decisions
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
  • A strong desire to learn about the platforms, business models, subject matter, and trends in the Banking and Financial Services industry
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
  • A strong desire to learn the principles and practices behind Agile and Digital Services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
