DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an experienced Managing / Director, Insurance Industry Advisory in Singapore to make the team stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in managing and further scaling the EPAM service lines, in your area(s) for expertise, from a global perspective
  • Act as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, c-suite and investors
  • Take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach in driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth
  • Bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field
  • Help continue to evolve the way in which we deliver our services for new and existing clients
  • Combine business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities
  • Serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, engineering or science preferred
  • Proven record of leadership and a minimum of 6 – 10 years’ experience managing and mentoring high performing teams through business and digital transformations
  • Prior experience as a Managing Director (or equivalent level) with primary client relationship responsibility and a proven record of growing a practice’s capability and revenue in a professional services firm
  • Expertise in the insurance domain with one or more of the following domains: M&A and Private Equity, Data & AI Consulting, Enterprise GRC or function (supply chain and operations, change management, technology / CIO, etc.)
  • Structured problem-solving approach w demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization
