Currently, we are looking for the Analyst (Revenue) for Business Partnering Service unit to make the team even stronger. We are looking for the best talent in the corporate finance and financial management together with dedication, discipline, professional results-oriented approach to handling everyday tasks.

In this position, you are going to work with Business Partnering Services (BPS) - the part of EPAM`s Global Finance department, responsible for administrative and financial functions in terms of the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM Clients. You will join the team of 250+ specialists to help business to grow business.

What You’ll Do

  • Revenue calculation based on timesheets, contracts, internal policies
  • Preparing accounts for monthly / annual closure procedures, provide detailed revenue analysis by periods and volatility causes
  • Providing Short-term and long-term revenue forecasts in according with company rules
  • Working with the contracts: review and analyses of financial points, assistance in drafting and budgeting
  • Working with EPAM internal systems: enter or/and validate correctness and completeness of the data
  • Creating / updating reports for internal and Customer needs
  • Preparing financial health-checks of individual accounts
  • Building processes on accounts, providing consulting and support services to the project team regarding revenue recognition, invoicing, time reporting
  • Building relationships with other internal departments, business and Clients
  • Working with auditors’ team and provide audit support for timely completion of audit and in terms of giving additional requested information

What You Have

  • Higher economical or similar education
  • At least 1+ year of relevant experience in finance / audit / accounting or similar fields
  • Knowledge of financial basics
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral and written communication skills), business correspondence
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot, charts, easy usage of different kind of formulas, mathematical and logical formulas)
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, PPT)
