Responsibilities

  • Play the Key Business / System Analyst role or a Team Lead role for managing 2-5 Analysts
  • Business Analysis Approach planning, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
  • Collaboration with stakeholders (i.e. business representatives, SMEs, Development and QA teams, etc.)
  • Translation of business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
  • Requirements elicitation using different techniques, i.e., participating or facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution review meetings, etc
  • Create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts and requirement documentation, i.e., specifications, requirement documents, User stories including Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, etc
  • Ensure requirements are captured, scopes are controlled, and expectations are met
  • Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with customers
  • Maintain expertise and knowledge of the business domain, technologies, and solutions
  • Participate and support sales activities
  • Conduct Technical Interviews for the BA position

Requirements

  • Experience of 4+ years as a Business Analyst
  • Proficient in SQL, Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and MuleSoft Integration experience
  • AMP script and HTML knowledge
  • Commercial IT experience is a plus (understanding of Sales, Marketing, Market Access functions, etc.)
  • Experience building integration solutions with multiple toolsets or middleware solutions, with a preference for open-source and cloud solutions
  • Experience in working in an agile product delivery mode (SAFe experience is nice to have)
  • Attention to detail, customer-oriented approach, effective listening, anticipating customer offers, and sharing customer's concerns
  • 3+ years of experience with REST and SOAP API is a plus
  • Good to have Salesforce Marketing cloud certification (Admin and/or Email Specialist)
  • Good to have a Marketing cloud developer and MuleSoft certification
  • Good to have experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, maintaining, and supporting SFMC
  • Excellent verbal, written & communication skills in English
  • Native or Fluent Japanese (N1 JPTL) communication
