Junior Project Manager and Reporting Assistant Description

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of important/strategic projects across the banking sector. Your responsibilities will include synthesizing and maintaining project plans, gathering data, preparing reports for regulatory authorities, and providing valuable project insights through regular reports and dashboards.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading important/strategic projects across the bank and other units
  • Support the process of synthesizing and maintaining project plans
  • Coordinate and enable the drafting of presentations and reports for upper management and internal stakeholders
  • Gather data and prepare reports for regulatory and supervisory authorities
  • Generate regular project status reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal stakeholders and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Engineering, or another quantitative field of study
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management within financial services, banking, or technology
  • Strong storytelling capabilities and excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps is an additional asset
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
