Responsibilities
- Work with the design team leads in the Asia Pacific region to align and manage design requirements across multiple markets
- Conceptualize and execute design solutions to project completion
- Produce high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail
- Facilitate, align, and communicate expectations of stakeholders and team members
Requirements
- 5 years + of relevant professional experience working as a UX designer
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in project and team management
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a comprehensive understanding of design processes and methodologies
- Experience in designing for multiple screens, devices, and environments
- Deep knowledge and passion for establishing, utilizing, and governing design systems in enterprise environments
- Good understanding of the user experience and software development process
- Fluent in English and JLPT N1 or native level Japanese
