We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Datorama to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Datorama, and a proven track record in managing global and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
- Architect and design Salesforce solutions using Datorama and other Salesforce technologies
- Lead the implementation and integration of Datorama within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Manage project scope and deliverables through effective change management
- Continuously stay updated with Salesforce releases and Datorama updates
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure the stability and scalability of the solution
- Document and maintain architecture diagrams and technical specifications
Requirements
- 12+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on solution architecture
- Proficient in Datorama, Salesforce configurations, and Marketing Cloud
- Mandatory Certifications: App Builder, PD1, PD2, Marketing Cloud
- Experience with VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, and API
- Familiarity with AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web component
- Significant experience managing global and large-scale projects
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud Integration (MCI)
- Proven ability to adapt to changes and resolve issues effectively
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with product scrum teams
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Experience with other marketing technologies
