The Four Stages of the Hiring Process

Your information will be sent directly to our dedicated recruitment team, who will reach out to learn more about you and schedule the next steps in the interview process.
- THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
The first step in the interview process is your one-hour Technical Interview, which will assess your engineering proficiency. After that, you will meet with an EPAM leader to discuss your experience, professional goals, relevant career opportunities, and the many benefits of working at EPAM. Depending on the position, you may also meet with the account manager or customer of the project that aligns best with your skills.
- RECEIVE YOUR OFFER
If your professional profile is a good fit for EPAM, we will extend a verbal offer and coordinate your written offer.
- GET YOUR BONUS* To be eligible for your sign-on bonus, you must connect with a recruiter before May 31, 2022, sign your written offer within 24 hours of receiving it, and start working at EPAM full-time within three weeks. You will receive your bonus in your paycheck within two months of starting with EPAM.
SIGN-ON BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Candidates who have participated in the EPAM interview process in the last three months, and former EPAM employees who resigned from EPAM in the last six months, are not eligible for the bonuses outlined in this campaign.
The above bonus is subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within six months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.
