Hiring Sprint Bonus Terms and Conditions*
If you receive an employment offer by the legal entity EPAM Systems Bulgaria between March 10, 2025 – March 21, 2025, as part of this campaign into one of the above-specified positions, accept it within 24 hours and start your employment on the agreed start date, you are eligible to receive an entry bonus. The bonus payment is a gross amount of BGN 2000 if you’re offered an EPAM regular position or a gross amount of BGN 3000 if you’re offered an EPAM senior or above-level position. The payout for the bonus will be included in your first month's salary payment.
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems Bulgaria should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within 12 months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.
Eligible candidates must have the legal right to work in Bulgaria or a valid work permit in BG at the time of the application and at least six months into the future.
EPAM Systems Bulgaria reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without previous notice, with due respect to acquired rights.
