The report highlights that significant nearshore and onshore presence allows for true Agile processes and the ability to move quickly and flexibly as teams are culturally compatible and operate within the same time zones.
“Nearshore vendors — which do well on technology complexity, platform engineering, and experience design — acquire a special importance to support firms’ digital ambitions,” Forrester said.
