According to Forrester’s Global Business Technographics® Priorities and Journey Survey from 2016, 72% of global business decision-makers believe that improving the customer experience is likely to be among their organization’s top business priorities this year, and 64% say that addressing their customers’ rising expectations is also likely to be one of those top priorities. Despite this consensus, clients still struggle to sort through the hype and marketing spin around digital technology and provider capabilities.
The Forrester report is geared toward helping users cut through the clutter of marketing material currently out there pointing to how to improve customer experience, and analyzes the broad landscape of services providers vying to be end-to-end digital transformation partners.
